States and Industry Steps to Paperless Fertilizer Tonnage Reporting:

The following are the steps to moving to paperless reporting.  Everything you need in order to implement your own reporting system is available to you:

  • Fill out State or Industry 'GetConnected’ form to request an Implementation Packet

  • Sign up for an Educational Webinar to learn about the PFTR process

  • A Project Team member will send you an Implementation Packet which includes:

    • Implementation Instructions

    • XML Standards

    • Data Definitions

  • Follow the Implementation Instructions to setup your reporting system

  • Request a copy of the ‘Standards Guidelines’ from AgGateway ($29.95 for non-AgGateway members)

  • Test internally and with the state(s)

  • Begin submitting paperless data

 

Assistance

The following optional services are available on a fee basis from a team of implementation experts:

  • Readiness Assessment

  • Guidance for your implementation team

  • Project Management for your implementation team

  • Testing and troubleshooting assistance for your implementation team

  • Full service implementation of an Agiledi (“agility”) Reporting System

The following are steps for Software Providers in addition to some of the state and industry steps:

  • Complete the SoftwareProvidersForm to begin a conversation with the Paperless Fertilizer Tonnage Reporting team to determine next steps.

  • The form will be reviewed by AgGateway and a member of AgGateway staff will contact you to review your offerings.

  • Approved Software Providers will be added to the "Approved Providers" list and distributed upon request to industry companies and states.
